I helped edit and write this article during my public relations summer internship at Red Fan Communications in 2016. This was for a country music festival benefiting local farmers in central Texas called Farmgrass Festival. Wheatsville Co-op is a local grocery store in Austin. They publish the Wheatsville Breeze newsletters around four times a year to inform the public about updates in the Austin food and beverage market.
